Dalian signs up port venture

A Singapore consortium led by the Port of Singapore Authority has embarked on its first port joint venture in Dalian, which will cost four billion yuan (about HK$3.68 billion) when completed.


The joint venture company, Dalian Container Terminal Co, will own, develop, manage and operate three container berths in Dalian's Dayaowan Container Terminal.
