MANSION finished their season with a 3-0 loss to Instant-Dict in the Viceroy Cup second round tie at Mongkok Stadium last night.

Mansion defender Robin Trott was replaced by Lui Woon-man minutes before the kick-off after the Englishman accidently kicked a water tank and injured his leg during the warm-up. He was taken to hospital and received 14 stitches.

Right-winger Chan Chi-kwong opened the scoring with a long distance lob.

Midfielder Peter Costello fired a powerful 40 yard shot which was deflected into the net off the post five minutes later. Yeung Hei-chi sealed the issue by slotting home the third goal five minutes from time.

Meanwhile, former FA chairman Victor Hui Chun-fui has been invited to return next season by president Dr Henry Fok.

FA vice president Veronica Chan Yiu-kam will propose at the council meeting next week to cut the expats quota to registering five and playing three or four at any one time.
