Retrial vow over 'Shrimp Boy' case
US prosecutors have vowed to take an alleged Hong Kong gang kingpin to court again after a trial on extortion and drug trafficking charges collapsed. Raymond Chow - known as 'Shrimp Boy' - was accused of crimes including racketeering, contract murder, arson for profit and heroin trafficking.
Chow, 35, was said to be a high-ranking member of the Wo Hop To in the San Francisco Bay area. A US District Court ruled a mistrial on Wednesday after jurors said they were deadlocked.
