Man of the moment Riccardo Tisci's dark, sensual designs for Givenchy come straight from the heart, writes Jing Zhang.
Many thanks to P Y Cheng (for Director of Immigration, South China Morning Post, April 30) for the clear exposition on post-1997 residency status.
I and my family can satisfy the conditions of article 24 (2) (4) of the Basic Law, and therefore only one question remains: How do we apply now (what forms do we have to complete, and so on) for permanent residency? Time is rushing on, and everyone in my position (there must be thousands of us) will want to be confirmed as permanent residents as soon as possible, not at the last minute next year.
I look forward to P Y Cheng's early reply.
