PARIS: Three men are being held by police after customs officers discovered a quantity of an isotope used in the nuclear industry. Four kilograms of caesium-133, worth two million francs (HK$2.8 million), was discovered when customs officials stopped a car at La Ferriere-sous-Jougne, in eastern France.
