Duo offers fans a rare treat
Fun and laughter rang out all over the Academic Community Hall when the much-loved Tat Ming Pair - Anthony Wong Yiu-ming and Tats Lau Yee-tat - shared with fans some of the most interesting experiences of their showbiz life at a concert.
Organised by Ultimate 903 of Commercial Radio, the star-studded concert marked the 10th anniversary of the duo's musical career.
Wong and Lau delighted a highly responsive audience with their popular hits. The event also featured performances by some of Hong Kong's top musicians as well as Canto-pop singers including Shirley Kwan, Kelly Chen, Wong Sau-seng, Lui Chung-tak, Pun Yuen-leung, C. Y. Kong, William Tang, Pal Sin Lap-man, Patrick Lui and Joey of Tai Chi.
Pop groups Grasshopper, Art Gallery, Atomic Bubbles, Black Box and Minimal, also took part.
The highlight of the concert was a joint performance staged by the singers as well as a 50-member choir selected from among 300 callers who took part in the radio show Siu Fai Channel.
