Drama win for RTHK series

A drama about the wife of 19th-century governor Sir John Pope-Hennessy has won a medal at a radio festival in New York. The RTHK Radio 4 series, written by Susan Kay and based on the life of Kitty Pope-Hennessy, won the bronze medal for best drama.

A documentary on Sir John, who was governor during the 1870s, was a finalist in another category.
