Low marks from shopper
A Marks & Spencer customer was confronted with the ultimate knicker nightmare last week.
Disappointed with some lingerie sent over from Britain she decided to seek a refund from their store in Times Square, Causeway Bay.
She headed over to the customer services counter clutching the items, which included a pair of knickers.
The assistant looked at the customer.
She picked up the knickers. And then she sniffed them.
Horrified, the indignant customer assured the curious assistant as she continued to conduct her nasal examination that the garment had not been used.
An exchange took place, but the customer was eventually given her money back - at the cheaper British rate.
Feel-good factor for our happy shopper? A bit on the low side, apparently.
