Mall gun case remand

LIFT worker Ho King-wai, 38, accused of having a gun and ammunition in the Times Square shopping centre, Causeway Bay, was remanded in custody at Eastern Court yesterday.


Ho, of Kam Keung House, Kam Ying Court, Ma On Shan, New Territories, faces a single charge which alleges he had a Black Star 7.62 mm pistol loaded with nine live rounds of ammunition and a spare magazine containing a further eight rounds. The police are still hunting two other men they suspect of having been involved.
