Wo Kee Hong (Holdings) has challenged a statement in the prospectus issued last week by listing candidate Perfect Treasure Holdings concerning a claim to be an authorised distributor of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) brand air-conditioners in China. Wo Kee Hong directors said their company was the authorised distributor of MHI air-conditioners made by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd (MHIL), and they had received written advice that MHIL had never authorised any party to appoint Perfect Treasure as a distributor in China.
