Threat charges dropped

Lam Kwai-tong, 32, who allegedly claimed the Hong Kong Parkview Group owed his friend $20 million and threatened to kill its chairman George Hwang agreed at Western Court to be bound over for two years. He had denied criminal intimidation and resisting police.
