Taiwanese heartthrob Jay Chou married his 21-year-old sweetheart Hannah Quinlivan in a fairy-tale wedding in England yesterday, on the eve of his 36th birthday.
Chou's official Facebook page featured photos of the wedding at Selby Abbey in Yorkshire, and revealed that Chou penned a song for the special occasion.
"Chou seemed a little bit nervous. He was busy and happy," Central News Agency quoted Chou's agent, Yang Chun-jung, as saying. "Although it took a long time for the rehearsal, he was very satisfied with the orchestra."
The singer confirmed his four-year relationship with his model girlfriend last year when he set a date for the wedding.

The bride wore a dress by Taiwanese bridal boutique Sophia Wedding and the groom wore a Tudor-inspired tuxedo.
Quinlivan finished off the outfit with a NT$33.4 million (HK$8.2 million) crown and a necklace worth NT$278.1 million, CNA reported.

Just before the actual wedding photos, Chou's management company JVR Music released pictures taken before the wedding in October in Paris, Prague and Neuschwanstein Castle in Germany.
A Taiwanese pastor performed the ceremony for a group of about 50 friends and family.
