The new golf movie opening this week is packed with people golf fans will recognise in addition to stars Kevin Costner, Rene Russo, Don Johnson and Cheech Marin.

  Among the pros who pass through Tin Cup are Corey Pavin, Lee Janzen, Fred Couples, Peter Jacobsen and Craig Stadler. Also appearing is virtually the entire CBS-TV golf crew.

  It features CBS golf producers Frank Chirkinian and Lance Barrow frantically trying to cover the US Open from the production truck.

  Only two problems: CBS doesn't cover the US Open. And in the movie Ben Wright is still in the tower for CBS - in reality he was benched in January after his remarks about lesbians and the LPGA Tour.
