A replacement was found for Sir Ti Liang yesterday - but only for one case.

Sir Ti Liang would have been one of the judges considering the attempt by the ICAC to have a case sent to the Privy Council. He had presided over the original appeal.

But his resignation barred him from sitting and he was replaced by Mr Justice Kemal Bokhary.
