Hong Kong port's container throughput picked up last month, after recording low growth rates in the first seven months of the year. For July, throughput rose 3.3 per cent year-on-year, compared with a 10.89 per cent rise the previous July.

In August, throughput rose 10 per cent compared with a year earlier.
