A ONE-HANDED robber in his 20s fled with more than $2,000 after breaking into a Tsuen Wan restaurant. The plump thief, who spoke with a Fujian accent and had no right hand, ransacked the premises for about an hour after overpowering a 51-year-old security guard, police said.
