Wheelock Properties will offer 16 more duplex units at Forest Hill in Tai Po for sale, raising the number of units on the market to 48.

  The extra units, including garden and car park areas, are between 1,621 and 2,485 square feet.

  They are priced at an average $3,913 per sq ft, up 8.2 per cent on the price for the other 32 units.

  Unit prices range from $6.83 million to $9.29 million.

     Excluding the garden and car park, the saleable area of the additional units is 1,334 to 1,603 sq ft.

  Wheelock will consider offering more duplex units tomorrow if there is a strong sales response.
