An itinerant air-freshener salesman has been plying the corridors of the Supreme Court building recently, offering a special deal to the press, lawyers and clerks.

The lavender scents would normally cost $120 each, he said, but since it was his boss's birthday he was selling them at the incredible price of three for $100.

But while the Supreme Court building may be full of Hong Kong's overpaid, perhaps the enterprising salesman should consider if it was the wisest location for illegal hawking.
