Police said they would not investigate a complaint against the Independent Commission Against Corruption of allegedly attempting to pervert the course of justice in the trial of Henfrey Tin Sau-kwong. A prime witness filed a complaint to police after he retracted his statement and dismissed it as lies. Police said their view had been confirmed by the Attorney-General's Chambers.
