Eight luxury flats at Hong Kong Parkview in Tai Tam are being offered for sale at $12,988 to $14,786 per square foot through Hong Kong Property Services (Agency).

The high-standard units are being offered in two shapes, one 2,570 square feet and the other 2,708 sq ft.

Prices for the units in the prestige development will range from $33.38 million to $39.82 million each.
