Strong bidding is expected at the auction of a luxury residential site in Repulse Bay today.

The 21,614-square-foot site in South Bay Road is expected to sell for about $185 million, or $14,300 per sq ft, according to Collier Jardine. Meanwhile, a 54,681 sq ft residential site in So Kwun Wat, Tuen Mun is expected to sell for about $180 million.
