China has finally obtained all the foreign loans it needs for construction of an underground rail system in Guangzhou.

The GBP540,000 (about HK$6.94 million) contract to import fans for the city's subway system had been signed recently with General Electric Co, Xinhua (the New China News Agency) reported.
