Four-time champion jockey Basil Marcus was last night totally unruffled by the prospect of having to choose between yesterday's quality winner, Oriental Express, and the International Cup fifth-placed Citiluck as his Derby mount. 'They are both going to be tremendous rides and for me it won't matter if I choose one and the other one wins,' said Marcus. 'Normally if I'm on the wrong one in a race it hurts and I don't like it but I really mean what I say. 'The important thing is that the Ivan Allan stable wins the Derby as that is the target he's been patiently preparing these horses for and as I know how difficult the decision is, it will not bother me if I get it wrong so long as Ivan wins the race.'
