Sharp Brave deal delayed

Sharp Brave Holdings and Ming Kee Investments are to delay the despatch of an offering document to February 14 because more time is needed to ascertain information.

The companies announced earlier that Ming Kee would acquire a 71.3 per cent stake in Sharp Brave and launch a possible unconditional offer.
