The Port of Singapore Authority (PSA) says that November container throughput fell to 1.099 million teus (20-ft equivalent units), down 3.4 per cent from 1.138 million teus in October.
Total cargo tonnage fell to 25,827 million tonnes from October's 26,048 million tonnes, it said. In November, 10,083 vessels called at the port, compared with 10,218 in October.
