The Massachusetts Water Resources Authority has reportedly voted to sell about 52 hectares of the 73-hectare Fore River Shipyard in Quincy to Massachusetts Heavy Industries for US$10 million.

  The Boston Globe said Massachusetts Heavy Industries planned to refurbish the shipyard - which produced its last ship 10 years ago - to build tankers.
