Umbrella man jailed

Computer worker Mak King-man, 28, was jailed for a year after alleged police harassment caused by his 'criminal looks' drove him to set fire to his neighbours' umbrellas. Mak, who admitted arson, has been diagnosed as having an obsessive compulsive psychosis.
