Tardy trains

I am not happy with the services of the KCR. I have been a commuter for eight years and I find that trains coming after a train that has gone through without stopping, are constantly late. This is very inconvenient for passengers.

Moreover, the average frequency of the train from Lowu to Hunghom during off-peak hours is five to seven minutes. Even during non-peak hours, the frequency of the MTR is two to three minutes.

As a student I think the KCR fares are very high compared to the MTR. The MTR provides special fares for students. But on the KCR, the 'half-price system' applies only to the elderly and children aged 12 or under.

I am also concerned about the ventilation system in the train compartments, especially during the rush hours. The KCR should allocate more trains, extend the half-price system to cover students and improve ventilation.
