All 37 suspects arrested in the ICAC probe into illegal betting and race-fixing have been released from custody.
An Independent Commission Against Corruption spokesman said yesterday 28 people, including jockeys, trainers, Hong Kong Jockey Club staff and punters had been released on ICAC bail.
Five suspects - two Malaysian nationals and three local men - appeared in Western Court on Tuesday and were released on bail pending their next appearance on charges of illegal bookmaking.
All five have denied the charges and are due to reappear on May 16.
Of the remaining four held after weekend raids, two refused to accept bail and were released and two, jockeys Andy Ko Chun-ho and Simon Yim Hin-keung, were released unconditionally.
The spokesman refused to divulge the bail conditions. But it is understood most have been asked to report back to the ICAC in May.
