K. Wah in Shanghai scheme

A CONSORTIUM including K. Wah International is paying US$4.2 million for a 6,000 square metre site in Yenan Road East in Shanghai to be turned into office and commercial buildings.

The consortium is paying US$23.7 million to the Huangpu district authorities to evict existing tenants and install municipal facilities.

Total development costs are estimated at HK$600 million.
