Five luxury apartments and nine car parking spaces in Fairview Court at 94 Repulse Bay Road are being sold by private tender.

According to the property agents, First Pacific Davies (FPD), the units in the 3-storey building each measure 4,155 square feet.

The tender closes on April 25 at 12 noon, according to FPD officials.
