Constable held after 'pistol-whip' incident

A 40-year-old resident was allegedly pistol-whipped after trying to stop a man urinating outside San Shui House, Shui Pin Wai Estate, Yuen Long. Both men were taken to Pok Oi Hospital for examination.

A 28-year-old constable attached to Tuen Mun police station's crime unit was helping with inquiries at Yuen Long police station last night.
