Garment manufacturer Texwinca Holdings says its right to use five Baleno trademarks in China is under dispute.
As the company's garments sold in China were marketed under 28 other Baleno trademarks, it did not expect the dispute to hit sales. Texwinca's right to use the five trademarks was challenged by a company called Haohua, which claimed to be sole licensee.
