Champ's service with a smile
Michael Chang holds the Salem Hong Kong Open trophy after taking just 45 seconds to finish off his rain-interrupted final against Australia's Patrick Rafter.
The final was halted on Sunday just as Chang, 25, was about to serve the first of two match points. Nearly 20 hours later, in front of a sparse Victoria Park crowd, Chang was finally congratulated by his opponent after completing a comfortable 6-3, 6-3 victory. Chinese-American Chang has now won three Hong Kong titles in five final appearances.
