Sino Land will offer for sale 32 units at its completed Rosedale Gardens in Tuen Mun next Saturday.

 Registration for the project will be from Monday to Thursday.

 The 31-storey Rosedale Gardens has 200 units of 548 square feet to 845 sq ft.

 The development has 42 car parking spaces. A price list is expected to be out today.

 Estate agents said the secondary transaction price in Tuen Mun was between $3,700 per square foot and $4,000 per square foot.
