The cricket at Kowloon Cricket Club on Sunday, May 11 was a fantastic success, with 2,500 cricketing fans supporting a terrific game. STAR Sports' coverage was first class and it made an enjoyable day's viewing.

This is the first live cricket coverage in Hong Kong for well over 18 months and yet the United Arab Emirates (UAE), India and Pakistan enjoy constant coverage of international cricket.

Why do we have to endure endless repeats on the STAR Sports channel when we could be enjoying cricket coverage live? What is more galling is the constant advertising of the up-coming Ashes series which can be viewed live in the UAE, India and Pakistan on STAR. What about the large cricket following in Hong Kong? Come on STAR TV, fewer repeats please, let's have some live cricket.
