Efficient and courteous
The Hong Kong Automobile Association deserves support. Kendy Chan (South China Morning Post, May 28) did not exaggerate in detailing its services.
He did, however, fail to highlight just how grateful one is on the few occasions over the years when one needs to call on them.
I would also like to applaud the unfailing courtesy and efficiency of association members of staff.
Based on my few experiences here and in North America, this seems to be a trademark of auto associations. I would not be without a membership. The community benefits a great deal from a service so reasonably provided. Perhaps letters of support would serve better if mailed to a particular address in the Lands Department.
