Love is in the air for Leung's stable
Local trainer Andy Leung Ting-wah introduced another promising griffin at Sha Tin last night when All My Love ran a highly creditable fourth to the smart Happy Boy.
Leung's Australian-bred son of Last Tycoon had worked as if possessing a good deal of ability, showing lots of natural speed in all his gallops and trials.
Last night he jumped smartly for Philip Robinson and was always travelling well with the very useful griffin winner, Taurus.
All My Love was still right there in the firing line coming inside the final 200 metres but from there his lack of race condition told and he eventually ran fourth.
But he showed more than enough to indicate very firmly that he's an almost certain future winner for the Leung team next season when he'll be one of any number of very promising youngsters that this emerging local handler has astutely collected around him.
