China's national flag will be flown at the airport, border checkpoints and Government House from Tuesday.

It will also be hoisted each working day at the High Court, Court of Final Appeal, Tung Chee-hwa's office, the executive and provisional legislative councils, Central Government Offices and the two municipal councils.

Government departments, the MTRC and the KCRC will be asked to fly the flag on special days such as New Year's Day and National Day on October 1.

The flag should be flown above the regional flag or in a prominent position if both flags are displayed together. If they are displayed side by side, the national flag must be bigger and on the right-hand side.
