China State Shipbuilding Co (CSSC) plans to upgrade three shipyards in Dalian, Shanghai and Guangzhou to enable the construction of vessels of more than 100,000 deadweight tonnes. Finance and tax concessions are likely to be offered in a plan that includes the restructuring of subsidiary Guangzhou Shipyard.
