H share Tianjin Bohai Chemical Industry (Group) Co said its parent Tianjin Bohai Chemical Industry Group Corp is in negotiations with some government authorities on an asset reorganisation. Any restructuring would not result in any direct competition with the listed firm, which has no plans for mergers or acquisitions, the company said.
