Harbour Ring plans buy-out
HARBOUR Ring International plans to take 100 per cent control of three subsidiary companies by buying minority stakes held by directors.
In a connected share transaction announced last night, the toy manufacturing group revealed plans to buy the remaining 23.5 per cent stakes and shareholder's loans in International Toys Management, International Toys, and Cardner International.
