A WARRANT has been issued for the arrest of a seaman accused of indecently assaulting a male off-duty police inspector on an MTR train last Thursday.

  Wong Kam-fai, 42 - who failed to turn up yesterday for a hearing in South Kowloon Court - is charged with indecent assault, failing to produce proof of identity and resisting a police officer.

    He is accused of indecently assaulting a British police inspector.He had earlier been released on police bail of $1,000.
