Wing Fai International says it is negotiating to acquire a majority interest in a mainland hotel project from an independent unlisted party. The company said the proposed acquisition might involve an issue of shares but without any change in control of the company or introduction of a new substantial shareholder. The negotiation was in a preliminary stage, it said.
