Price rise mystifies Denway

Red chip Denway Investment says it does not know why the company's share price and trading in its shares have increased recently. It said it was still in negotiations on the shareholding restructuring of its associate Guangzhou Peugeot Automobile Co but no decision about the restructuring could yet be made.
