Dutch shipping and road transport group Koninklijke Nedlloyd Groep says it expects a full-year net profit from ordinary operations of at least 10 million guilders (about HK$38.96 million).

Nedlloyd announced third-quarter net profits from ordinary operations of 32 million guilders, down from 38 million guilders in the year-ago period. This led to a figure for the first nine months of one million guilders, from 44 million guilders in the period last year. In 1996 it made a loss of eight million guilders when one-off capital gains were excluded.
