Ceylon Petroleum Corp, Sri Lanka's state-owned petroleum company, has signed a US$50 million deal with China Huanqiu Chemical Engineering Corp to rebuild oil storage tanks destroyed in Sri Lanka's civil war with the Tamil Tigers, and build a new oil distribution terminal.
