Sanko wins Brattvaag contract

Brattvaag Industrier, owned by Norway's Aker RGI, has won a 170 million krone (about HK$181.22 million) contract from Tokyo-based Sanko Steamship Co to build a supply ship at its Soeviknes Verft shipyard.

Aker said the ship was the fourth to be ordered by the Japanese company.

Brattvaag Industrier has a total of 14 vessels on order, worth about 2.4 billion krone.
