Police Training School recruits on a canoeing lesson found the decomposing corpse of a young woman on a rocky beach in the northeast New Territories. A wallet containing the identity card of a 27-year-old woman was found 13 metres from the body on the remote beach near Wong Chuk Kok Hoi, northeast of Plover Cove Reservoir.
