Co-operation approval sought

Yue Xiu Enterprises (Holdings) is seeking mainland approval for co-operation with the Guangzhou Urban Construction Group on mainland property development. It dismissed reports of a merger with the Guangzhou-based developer. Both come under Guangzhou's government. The status of its listed arm - Guangzhou Investment - as the Guangzhou government's window company in the SAR will not be affected by the plan.
